DACX UK LIMITED, (collectively, “DACX”; “we”; “our”; or “us”) respects and protects the privacy of our users (“you” or “your”) who uses our websites and services. DACX will be in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU).

PRIVACY POLICY ACCEPTANCE

You, the users, understand and accept these terms under the Privacy Policy by using DACX websites and services. You agree to give us consent to collect, use, maintain, and disclose your personal information. You understand that we may also ask for additional personal information and you agree to comply with our contractual obligations. PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT DACX COLLECTS

We are required by the applicable law to collect information from you in order for you to use any of our services. Any information you provide to us that is not required by the applicable law is voluntary. DACX will not give or sell any of your personal information to a third party. When you create an account with us, you provide us with personal information that includes, but not limited to 1. Name, 2. Email Address, 3. Phone Number, and 4. Password.

In order for DACX to comply with the global regulatory compliance that includes, but not limited to 1. Know Your Customer (KYC), 2. Anti- Money Laundering (AML), and 3. Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF), we require our users to go through our account identification process and/or agree to provide us with additional information when requested.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You understand that the personal data that we collect from you may be transferred to and stored at a location outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff outside the EEA working for us. You agree to transferring, storing, and/or processing by providing us with your personal information. We may share your information with law enforcement, and officials, or other third parties when we are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order, or similar legal procedure, or when we believe in good faith that the disclosure of personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity or to investigate violations of  Terms of Service or any other applicable policies.

DATA SECURITY

Your privacy is very important to us. We will maintain and will also have our service providers maintain the proper security measures to prevent your personal data from being stolen, misuse, loss, disclose, and unauthorized access.

There will be internal procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Although, we cannot guarantee that stolen, misuse, loss, disclose, and unauthorized access of your data will not occur.
